I saw many new condominium projects are building up in Chiang Mai. I heard that earthquake will happen here frequently in near future. I wonder if those new project builder concern how to make buildings & structures earthquake proof, since there was no concern about earthquake in Chiang Mai in the past.
I am just curious.
If you look at the sales price compared with the ground and building costs than I have I guess it will be not earthquake proof
