Rice paddy land in SanPong area close to the center of Maerim, only 1kms. from the main road , the land is almost 8 rais,with Chanode. It's really nice view, nice air with a road and a canal in front of the land.This place is the rice paddy land but some part of the land where the small house on(pic.No.8 and 19) where you can build a house but you need to fill up some dirt to make the higher level, you don't need to fill up dirt all over the 7 rai land, you can leave the most of the land to be the rice paddy and get the local people to grow some rice, some vegetable. As you see on the photos, the housing estate beside the rice paddy, they try to just build a single houses to keep the nice mountain view behind the land. If you built a house on some part of the land and the rest of the land you still leave it for growing rice or some other fruit, vegetable ect. This is the nicest rice paddy that I have.
